Male to female
Yes. I checked the latest UN World Population Prospects (2024 Revision) data. The UN defines the sex ratio at birth as male births per female birth; therefore, the lower the ratio, the larger the percentage of girls among newborns.

One important point: the UN's latest observed country estimates run through 2023; 2024 onward are projections.

Using the UN's 2023 sex-ratio estimates, the countries at the female-heavy end are approximately:

๐ฐ๐ช An interesting finding for Africa
Africa dominates the female-heavy end of the birth-sex-ratio distribution. Malawi and Namibia are especially notable, with approximately 100 boys for every 99 girls (1.01), meaning girls constitute almost half of births.
However, none of these countries actually has a majority of girls at birth in the UN estimates. Even 1.01 means approximately 49.75% girls versus 50.25% boys.
The normal biological pattern is around 103–107 boys per 100 girls, so ratios around 1.01–1.03 are unusually female-balanced.

If you'd like, I can next rank all African countries from the most girls → most boys at birth, which would make the regional pattern much clearer.
